He should have asked and/or talked about it with you before telling you about a decision that involves you without consulting you.
If you don’t want this to happen after you are married I would suggest that you talk with him now about making decisions together since you are engaged to be married. Married couples make decisions together.
As far as living together, if you get along with her then it should be fine. How long are you all going to live together?

We had his mother live at our house when his mom broke up with her boyfriend until she found a place to live and I actually liked having her there.
She would cook dinner and clean up and was just good company to have around. She now lives 1 mile from us and that is great because she watches our son and I don’t have to drive far.
We have actually (all 3 of us) talked about finding a house that has a separate living area (like a separate basement that was converted into an apartment) or something like that so we can all live together but still have privacy.

This is a really complicated question - the best person to ask is your physician. There’s lots of good information on the internet these days as well - just always check with your doc before making any major changes in diet or lifestyle.

It all depends on the intent of the ritual. As an example…

P. begin a mellow, minor, melodic chant - not a written one but something done as a musical improv. This will do wonders to aid focus and to draw the right kind of healing energy into the circle. “how do you know what to add/take away?”

Again. It depends on intent. Take a good look at the ritual and the focus of your specific circle then think, “What will create a better result?” In very short order you will see what won’t work all that well and what will add positively.

The i at the end is a form of making it knickname or familiar name adding “closeness and care” so it would kind of mean little frost or beloved frost . Also much in the same way as above the son of Frosti would be Frostison and his daughter Frostidottir

Frosti: was also the name of a legendary dwarf in nordic icelandic mythology.

Itis a quite common name in Iceland too.

You need to find where to send the payments. Is there an executor to the will. This is the person handling the estate. Call your lawyer and see if they can find who the executor is.

You do not want to stop making payments as this will put you out of contract and you will likely loose the property. Your lawyer could possibly open an escrow account to hold the monthly payments. This will show that you are keeping to the contract in good faith and plan to continue to do so. It will protect your rights.

Your contract with the deceased is still valid. Most states real estate contracts transfer to the heirs and/or assigns. It is not your fault the seller (contract holder) died and therefore you do not have to just walk away, your contract will protect you and your right to the property.

Maybe the heirs are distraught and will call you later. They have a lot on their plate right now. Have your lawyer contact their lawyer and then set up the escrow account. The escrow account can then settle all payments after all the details of the will are settled. Don’t just stop paying or move, that will put you in a position to loose all of the money you have invested so far.

I would buy two stocks, that is about all you have to put a decent position in.

I believe the bull market in commodities may go on for several more years although there will be big consolidations along the way as there always have been in every bull market in history.

A few suggestions, do more of your own homework, but in your case I would put the $2500 into 2 different quality stocks and just hold them, sit tight, and hopefully in time wait and watch the returns.

You are very right. Everyday gets one more day closer to the world ending.
We are ending our world with pollution. We are polluting our Ozone layer and it’s not that thick in the first place. It’s actually very thin and we are thinning it out even more and without it, we will not survive.
We are chemical freaks, we are also destroying ourselves, our minds, our unborn children. I feel that the chemicals that we breathe are causing disorders that we haven’t discovered yet. Look at all the chemicals in our lives from hairspray to air freshener then there is gasoline exhaust and chemical plants. Nucluar testing and back down to perfume and deoderant. We are aging ourselves, we are killing ourselves before our time all in the name of progress. The next generation will suffer just a bit more than the last and so on.
